I am a Strategy, Operations & Transformation professional based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with a passion for impactful strategic initiatives - development & design as well as implementation - and the Technology industry.
Roles and assignments I have worked on have spanned Business Operations and Strategy Consulting (including Business Transformation & (People) Change Management)
I am a natural trusted advisor and stakeholder manager, and I am both data-driven and people-focused.
Beyond Strategy, Operations & Transformation work I love coaching for confidence & growth, and creating visual assets by photographing personal & professional events. I do these in the form of ad hoc side-gigs.
Both require me to be present and focus on really ‘seeing people’ - for their energy, impact and presence. I can be in the moment as a coach and capture the moment with a camera. And with 8 years of Improv training I know when the spark and energy will emerge. I greatly benefit from my comedy-trained background, both in making people feel at ease and in knowing when the joy emerges.
